Our Wedding Package
We have just one
wedding package and with that your photographer will be with you
for most of the day. For 2009 our prices start at £2000 (including VAT)
and you have a choice of
beautifully-crafted Bellissimo, Graphi Studio, Spicer Hallfield, Mario Acerboni or GF Smith albums.
Pre-Shoot
We will arrange a pre-shoot at the Botanical Gardens in
Sheffield. The aim of the pre-shoot is for us
to get to know you and for you to get to know us.
The pre-shoot is a lively, relaxed session where we
can take a variety of poses to see the kind of
images and styles that work best for you.
If you are at all nervous about having your photograph taken
or believe you don't take a "good" photograph, the pre-shoot will prove you wrong.
We will show you how good you can and will look so you can be confident the images
we take on your wedding day will be outstanding.
The pre-shoot is completely free and is followed by a preview
session where we can get together in relaxed surroundings and review the
images and make that all-important decision:

All this will take place before you sign any
agreement to hire us for your special day.
If you
particularly like the images we have taken
during your pre-shoot you can
also purchase them separately from your wedding
package - or even have them made up into a separate
album of your choice.
The Wedding Package Includes

Initial Meeting – at your home
we'll discuss the arrangements for the day – date, times,
locations, style, clothes and so on. Between this meeting
and your ceremony, we also include the following:
- Shooting Plan
– we will look at and review the photographic options
and prepare a detailed plan of your wedding day
photography taking into account your specific requests,
your choice of photographic styles and any surprises you
might have planned for your partner!
- Rehearsal – attend wedding
rehearsal and finalise our shooting plan

Bridal Preparations –
this includes:
- Bridal preparations, Bridesmaids
and Bride’s family
- Bride's departure from home
(Note: If we have to use a
2nd photographer because of time
constraints, distance or other factors, then
an additional £360 will be charged for Bridal Preps)

Ceremony – this includes:
- Arrival of Groom / Best Man and
- Arrival of Bride and Bride
entrance to church or
- Arrival of both Partners together or separately
- Ceremony (where permitted to take photographs)
- Signing of register (usually
after the formalities, sometimes during depending on
permission)
- Exit from Church or Licensed venue
- Formal shots – as per an agreed
schedule
- Formal or Lifestyle shots of
Bride and Groom or Partners
- Departure

Reception
– this includes:
- Guest line
- Wedding breakfast
- Speeches
- Cutting the cake

Album
– this includes:
- An Italian
Style book-bound album from the Graphi Studio or
Bellissimo range or
- A beautifully
crafted contemporary print album from leading
manufacturers
Extra Wedding Packages
Additional packages can be added
as required. Options include:
- Groom Preparations
– from £300
- 2nd Photographer
– From £360
- If both Bride and Groom
Preparations are included AND the photography will take
place at separate locations at the same time, this
additional fee will be charged.
- Extended Evening
– £360
- If you want us to stay while you
and your guests party into the night, this additional
fee will be charged.
